Is a Chemical Engineer and an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad. She did her part time – PGDBM with dual specialisation in HR & Marketing in the years 2009 and 2012. She is a Gold medallist and was the topper of her batch scoring a 9.6 CGPA. She has over 13 years of work experience in the field of HR functions, policy interventions, skill development and project management.
She has worked with organisations like Infosys, IL&FS, British Council and is currently working as Head of Skills division at Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), New Delhi.
